Dr Kus gave our family compassion, time and full, clear explanations of what was happening at every step of the way. He also clearly told us next steps and the implications of different outcomes. We felt that we were being looked after by a very capable man and are very grateful to him. My daughter, Jessi also has something she would like to say "Thank you for making me better. I felt nervous in hospital but Dr Kus helped me."

Dr Kus is completely non-judgemental and very understanding. He is kind and patient and non threatening towards children. He is prepared to listen to the circumstances and is very willing to help in any way he can. He is gentle and caring and keeps the child informed of everything that is happening, which in turn puts them at ease. A genuine nice person, who genuinely cares about his patients. The following answers relate to my daughter.

Delighted to find a doctor that applies common sense and expertise along with an open mind to try to ensure the best possible outcome for the patient. As a parent this is invaluable as our children are relying on us to represent them when they are suffering and to make sure we find the best solution for them to make them well again.

Dr. Kus was the about the 6th Doctor to see my son with ongoing problems dating back to November 2016 with chronic fatigue and severe headaches Instead of fobbing us off, he actually listened to me and took my concerns and his symptoms seriously. He examined my son and suggested new ways to help his symptoms until we got a diagnosis. He ordered us more scans and more bloods and asked us to contact him via email if my sons condition got worse. I contacted him and he saw us in just over 24 hours. He has been so kind to my very frightened son. On behalf of myself and my family cannot thank him enough for the difference he has made to us at this difficult and worrying time. Thank you very much Dr. Kus
